Positive: A beautiful lakeside stay with unmatched views of the water and mountains. The staff were kind and welcoming, the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety, and the free parking made everything easy. The stunning lake and mountain views from our room balcony made the experience unforgettable.

Negative: We arrived late after reception had closed, but the hotel thoughtfully left a printed note on the reception door explaining that our room was ready. The only difficulty was finding the correct entrance, as the hotel has two buildings which can be confusing for first-time guests. A simple property layout or map posted at reception would make late check-in much easier.

Negative: Noisy, early morning garden work, machinery, helicopters, etc. No blackout curtains. Have to walk to next building for breakfast.

Negative: The breakfast should be served properly until the end time. We went to get the breakfast at 9am and there were things (food items) missing which were not refilled. Otherwise the location is great.

Negative: After 6 pm no buses around and can’t find taxi there , if you have to order food beware of the online app it was a scam for me , it’s difficult to get anything if you are hungry in night . Toilets don’t have good drain system and no toilet accessories . But very clean and decent one

Positive: The property is located far from the main Interlaken station; thus, we must take the bus every half hour. However, the views from the property area and the lake are so appealing that one may spend hours staring at them. The breakfast was fantastic, with many options, and the seating arrangement was wonderful, with a lake view. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

Negative: We spotted little spiders entering the room when the windows were opened, a weird fragrance in one room, and the teacups did not appear to be changed during our stay. There is nothing to help carry large-sized luggage to the top floor. There is no lift; thus, it is self-service only.

Summary: Overall it was satisfied to stay here at this property.
